How long does it take to set up a workspace?
Under a minute. The registration wizard walks you through company info, the admin account, business details, plan choice, and email verification.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day trial and no credit card is required.
Can I invite my team during setup?
You can, but you don't have to. Setup only creates the workspace and your admin account; invite the rest of your team from the Users screen whenever you're ready.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Any workspace admin can change plans from Settings → Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current period.
How does per-seat pricing work?
You pay for active users only. Invited users don't count until they accept.
Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?
Yes. Reach out via the contact form with a bit of context and we'll follow up with terms.
How are passwords stored?
As argon2id hashes with parameters that meet current OWASP recommendations.
Do you support SSO?
Yes, on Enterprise. SAML and OIDC integrations are on the roadmap; contact us to be part of the beta.
Where is data stored?
Enterprise customers can pin data to a specific region. All customers can request an export at any time.
Do you have a public API?
Yes — every UI surface is built on top of the same versioned REST API under /api/v1/. OpenAPI docs are auto-published on your workspace.
Do you offer webhooks?
Yes, for time entries, approvals, and audit events. Webhooks arrive with a signature so you can verify authenticity.
