This notice outlines the categories of personal data Innotimesheet processes, the reasons we process them, and the rights you have with respect to that data. It is written as a starting point — your legal counsel should adapt it to the jurisdictions you operate in.

  • Tenant metadata: company name, size, industry, business address.
  • Usage telemetry: request logs, feature flag decisions, audit events.
  • Support content: messages you send us via the contact form.

How we use it

  • Operate the service and provide the features you rely on.
  • Protect the service from abuse, spam, and credential attacks.
  • Send transactional email (invites, verification, password reset).
  • Improve the product based on aggregated, non-identifying usage.

How long we keep it

Account data is retained while your workspace is active plus a short grace period after cancellation. Audit logs are retained per the terms of your plan. You can request an export or deletion at any time by contacting us.

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Object to specific processing activities.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
